Happy Friday. Whoever is reading this, I hope your day is done soon! Overall the net gear has been great….after set up. I found in comparison to our previous Arris set up the easy start for this wasn’t so easy. We already had cox set up, this was supposed to be a plug and play. Downloading the nighthawk app was ok but it didn’t exactly speak directly to the router. I ended up having to call Cox. They figured out what was going on, I went back in and updated the passwords and set up the WiFi main lines and guest. The next day it seemed to work fine.
