Definitely boosted our Mbps

This router modem has increased our Mbps almost by double and our streaming has had no buffering since (we got rid of cable, so this is huge as we stream everything now!) We are finally getting the Mbps that we have been paying for, for years! Happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone looking to have great streaming ability and quality for the price.

This product is great, has my wifi working faster than ever! 4* is only because there weren’t clear instructions on the coax cable needed, I was doing self installation for Cox.

Terrible experience

I’ve had nothing but trouble since I purchased this router, modem combination about a week ago. I have spent several hours several different times with netgear tech-support. They make me go through all the same steps over and over and over again only to end up hearing.. well it could be that Cox doesn’t have the right firmware version for this particular model OR it could be defective. If that is the case you will have to see what the return policy is where you purchased it.

Outstanding product and service

My old NETGEAR modem needed to be upgraded so I bought a new NETGEAR, of course. I needed help connecting to my Internet provider so I called the 1-800 number in the package and was up and running in no time. Great service.
