Gave the serial number to Xfinity over the phone and in minutes it was up and running perfectly. Haven’t had a single problem.

upchannel starts blinking on 2way

One week after xfinity technician got it working perfectly, the up channel light started blinking. It was connected to a 2 way splitter. the only way I could get it to stay on continuously was to hook it up directly. Now I have internet but no tv.

I needed to replace my old Arris that kept dropping my WiFi. This was easy to set up and I get faster speed than I am paying for through Xfinity based in their speed test. . That never happened with Arris.

The cable modem was easy to install, program and connect to; it took only a few minutes and the instructions were very easy to read. The APP provides go information on connected devices, traffic and overall data usage.
