I literally have no idea what I was doing. I can’t work technology at all and I don’t even know what a motel or router is so I got this. Literally had easy step by step instructions to connect it to the wifi service that I also didn’t know how to connect to it. Lol I’d be hopeless without this thing.

NetGear is a name that I trust. I’ve never been disappointed with any of the modem/router that I’ve purchased. My network quite overloaded with the amount of devices have. I was surprised how quickly I easy the new device was to set up. Thank you for the quality and marksmanship you placed into all of your products.

The modem was easy to set up and access. When it restarts it takes maybe a minute and the internet starts working again. For the type of router it is, it is a great product.

I had an apple router thinking it was the best because it was “Apple”. Boy was I wrong, my AC1600 beat Apple by a mile, thanks Netgear.
