The projector is great for teaching photo classes. It is easy to use and I can transport it with out any hassle.

Great investment

I taught my first workshop with this projector today, and I LOVE IT! It is extremely light and easy to use. It is probably lighter than my purse. I have a Macbook pro operating with Lion, and I needed to contact support to find the proper driver. Customer service was good. It worked the first time around with my PC. Good quality images and clarity...especially important to me as a photographer.

Excellent Projector

I have used many projectors and am extremely pleased with this one. Very light weight, easy to hook up, great projection. Only comments would be that as on all projectors I have used, getting the front foot to project level is always a challenge. Also, I would love to carry a back-up lamp but the cost has precluded me from doing so. Hope the lamp life is as long as reported. Overall, I am very happy with the amchine and have actually had a few people come up to me after presentations asking about the mahcine because they loved the way it projected.

Well worth the investment

I purchased the Epson EX5200 to do presentations on the Declaration if Independence, Constitution, Tenth Amendment and other foundational documents. I tried it out at home and with the help of quick call to tech support regarding display settings, was projecting a presentation in just a few minutes utilizing the HDMI input from my MacBook.

Easy Setup

Found it very easy to set up by following quick setup instructions. Image on wall is very clear, even in a sunlit room.
Negative input is no instructions identifying need for specific cables to produce sound. HDMI and audio cables are not provided. USB hookup is required for remote control on slide show page up/down. This info is not provided in User Guide. These isssues were frustrating without certain knowledge. Tech support is very friendly and knowledgable.
Unit is easy to use. I like the multiple methods of input to switch between displays.

I spent many weeks reading blogs and reviews. I wanted a projector to play my PS3 and Netflix movies on.. WOW!! It looks WONDERFUL!! Crisp.. It is a 4:3 ratio and really fills out the screen. BluRay movies look great as well... I see no need to purchase another projector for thousands more.. This machine is well worth the money and is great for gaming. No lag and no brightness issues!
