EX5200 Projector

You don't need a degree in electronics to install this one. You can setup and be watching the Big Screen in no time. I just placed it on a table and plugged in the HDMI. It has a great picture very clan and crisp. I love it!

Great Bargain

We use this projector to do PPT presentations for SH&E issues (Safety, Health and Enviornment). This projector works every time and puts up a great picture in full lighting, have not tried it in the sun but pretty sure it would do a good job, and on any surface. It has also put up a picture on every wall color that we have been on. I always worry when I teach a class for SH&E but the projector always puts up a good picture.
Highly recommend this projector to any professional.

EX5200 projector

This is the first digital projector our company has purchased. It was extremely easy to set up and the lamp project a clear image even under bright lighting. I have never operated a projector and this one had me up and running in less then 15 minuets.

EX5200 sets the pace in it's class

The Epson EX5200 is absolutely the best LCD projector I have encountered. Clearly designed with ease of use in mind, this projector delivers dazzling image quality and brightness accompanied by a host of useful features. There five way to get an image into this projector including USB. I am truly impressed with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional projector that is affordable and easy to use.

I found this projector to be very easy to use & the way it adjust to any angle made it easy to use. The clarity of the picture was overwhelming & just love it.I would recommend this projector to any one.

EX5200 LCD Projector

I've been shopping around and couldnt beat the price for what this machine offers. I originally thought a DLP would be the way to go, but with 2600 lumens, it is just as bright or brighter than what I found on the market. Love the Auto Keystone (straightens tilted images). Only thing disapointing was the low audio. If that is not an issue for you then this machine is recommended.

After trying a lesser projector, I finallly bit the bullet and purchased the Epson 5200 at a very good sale price. I took it home and immediately hooked it up to a stereo and DVD player to try it out. I was very pleased with the picture and the brightness,
I plan to use it at my antique car club meetings and especially for a fun event "Drive In Night" in my large back yard. I also will plan some Power Point presentations with it.
It focuses easily and has several features that make it a versatile device.

Does not function as advertised

My original review of this product was flush with expectation after one trial with an HDMI hookup and using the computer audio at home. That all changed with my first attempt at a presentation in a larger room in front of a group. I found that with using and HDMI connection gains a great picture but illiminates the possibility of using the Ex 5200s speakers, and if switched to USB display, sound is provided with an audio patch cable, but no picture via the USB connection. It seems that the only solution would be the standard VGA cable with audio patch cord, but the Macintosh laptops don't have a VGA port. So this projector can only to said to not function as advertised and left this user completely dissatisfied.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
