Just what we needed

We're brand new users but so far are happy with the purchase and support.
Postive:
The visuals are beautiful. The instructions pretty clear.
Called support with a question and were able to get help.

Negatives:
1.) we were unable to use the Epson Private Line Support card that came with unit. It wouldn't accept the PIN.
We called the "not a VIP" number and received a new PIN which we haven't used yet.
That was about a half hour waste of time.

2.) Instructions read we would find the "install program" on the CD and it wasn't there.
Those are the two annoying problems we've experienced.
Other than that the design is very user friendly and the visual quality wonderful.

LCD EX7200 Easy set up-good picture quality

I have used many LCD projectors. This is by far the easiest to set up. It linked with my MacBook Pro with no problems. Picture quality is clear and bright. Remote works well, except it has no laser pointer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Operation of the EX7200

I have owned this projector for a short time and in that time I had numerous questions on how to operate. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the instruction flyer that came with the projector; however, I did find some excellent assistance with an Epston computer tech. For those thinking of purchasing this unit I would say you are making an excellent decision. The unit has some very nice features and integrates well with Vista.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Video Quality

Compared to others I have used this projector has excellent video quality. The initial setup was also very easy, again compared to two other machines I have used in the past. I would recommend it to others in the market. It is light enough to travel with, although not the lightest or smallest have used.
I would recommend this to a friend!

EX7200 Projector

I bought the EX7200 after some research and found this unit and found that the price had been lowered, so, I bought it to project a series of lectures that I give to the local Art League. I use a Mac computer and the FotoMagico slide show program, which provides me with more capabilities than iPhoto. After installing the software and trying to use the 7200 with the USB connection, I found that the Epson software crashed my MacMini running OS X 10.6.8. I then switched the connection to the Component Video, after having to research the Mac controls to get the connection to work properly.
I have been very pleased with the projected image and am still trying to learn how to get the best image on the screen; I have selected the sRGB color space and found all to look satisfactory.
I switched the 7200 to the ECO lamp setting; the top of the unit seems to get quite hot to the touch after a short operating period. But I have run the unit for several hours with no troubles.
Before I tried the 7200 with the MacMini, I tried to interface with my Mac G4 Lap-Top running Mac OSX 10.4. and found that the software would not even load with that version of the OS. I could not find any comment on the Epson web page in the specifications about the correct use of a Mac OS. This is somewhat disappointing as I was hoping to use the 7200 with the Lap-Top.
But all in all, I am pleased with the quality of the projected image. I will try it out as to DVD usage soon.

Purchased this on Dec. 16, 2011 and arrived within a few days. Great service.
Easy to set up and was able to use it immediately. This is for business presentation.

One issue is the fan noise which could really take over a presentation. Wished there is a way to reduce the fan noise.
