Excellent Printer, all around

Surprisingly easy WiFi setup, especially for this casual home computer user. Have owned several printers of different makes over the years. First printer was an Epson, 10 years ago. None of the others I've owned since have come close to the print quality experenced with that first Epson, a remarkable statement considering the advances in technology. You can buy cheaper, but you are definately getting a cheaper product too. Epson was was my first choice when looking at a new printer this time around. I strongly recommend Epson printers over any of the competition!

I've only had the printer a few days and it has worked flawlessly. I loaded the 633 onto 3 computers with ease. One of my computers is a net-book w/o a CD drive. I logged onto the Epson site and easily loaded the software.

Bought it on sale for $70 less than retail at a big box store. For that price it was a bargain for a 4 in 1 printer.
- setup was straightforward but took a long time to install everything (10 - 20 minutes depending on my computers)
- prints well, scans well
- really like the duplexer! (but haven't figured out how to make it print duplex from a MacBook - supposedly it is though
- prints fast

So far I like everything about it. I like some of the other reviews am a little concerned about the paper tray, it seems a little flimsy.
The only reason I did not give the printer a five is I just set it up and want to see how it works for a while. If it works like it is after the intial set up, I would give it 5 stars.
It was very east to set up right out of the box, through my excisting network. Worked the first time.

This is my first Epson printer, I just bought this to replace my old ink eating printer. I wanted something that was wireless, could scan, print the ocassional photo, duplex and was easy on the wallet for maintenance. I read alot of reviews over the past several weeks on alot of printers and this had the most positive feed back of any. I have to say that setting up the wireless is very easy, I powered it upped, typed in my network settings and it was done. Installed the software on each computer (win7 64bit) with ease. I have it placed on the opposite side of the house compared to my wireless router and have full bars on it. I tried printing text docuements, photos and scanning. The text look good, the photos were a little fadded and the scanning worked perfectly. I was even empressed when the scanner placed the scanned image on my computer thru my wireless network. The only negative I have so far is I find the paper tray a little flimsy for my liking, but as long as you don't get rammy it should be fine. Good printer so far.
