will not print now

Fax mode has taken over, can't print after 1 day..

not sure about how I feel

I seemed to really like this product until one day I decided to do a two sided print in black and white. As I set it up a box opened to tell me I need to make an ink adjustment for this process and I did. I got pulled away from my desk before it actually printed and so never did print this 2 sided document. Later when I went to print again in regular mode it never printed again any black. I cleaned everything four times, changed the black ink three times went back over the controls, had a technician look at it and he could not resolve the problem. I don't have the money for a new one at this time and so am stuck at work with no printer needing to use it every day. So I am very unhappy about this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my printer it does so many things. That is what I love about. It take up not a lot of space for all that it does.

It'sIt's a good machine and has all the uses i can use.It's easy to get use to and has a feeling of ease Once you get the hang of it it does it's job and does it very well everytime.Besides it looks good!
