No good reason for a difficult install

It would have been nice if Epson would have given a warning that you need a special driver install process if you are using a 64 bit processor. My son is an IT guy and figured it out. Not everyone has that option. I know you can't re-do your guides and user manuals ever time there is some sort of an issue, but a little sticky note on the quick guide and the user manual would have done the trick. You can't expect guys like me to figure this out. I wasted a lot of time and frustration over this. Otherwise, the printer seems to be running well, but we will see.

inability fax or scan

When I tried to fax, the printer said it was not connected to the computer. However, the printer was able to print from the computer. Trying to scan produced the same "not connected" response. There is nothing in the quick guide to help. There was no other information on the printer screen that would aid me in "connecting."

Epson Workforce 633

I would recommend this printer for ease of set up as well as good value for the dollar. It comes with full high capacity ink cartridges while most printers just include starter ink. This in itself is a huge saving. The only con I can think of is that it is a bit on the noisy side!

Just purchased & installed my new Epson Workforce 630....Replaced my old printer because the ink jets kept getting jammed...Epson is known for NOT having such a problem. It has been an ease to set up...wireless settings worked flawlessly. Printed out several pictures once istalled- quickly prints, perfect pictures & has been a breeze to operate. Thank you Epson for a wonderful product. Finally a printer that works just fine without any set-up problems & works great every time :)

Wonderful all in one - setup was actually very easy. A nice change from previous printers. This is the one I recommend if you are looking for a low cost, easy to use copy/print/fax machine. So far so good.

Great printer

Setting the printer up was easy. I did make the mistake of setting up the LAN before installing the software in my main computer which caused the printer not to print but that was my bad. I uninstalled the software and disabled the wireless settings. I then re-installed the software and activated the LAN and everything was great. I then hooked up a netbook. That was flawless. The fax feature works fine. Have not printed photos or scanned anything but, so far, so good.

this is a nice little printer scanner etc. I only wish that they would include an unincumbered driver in the cd for those of us who don't want all the extra stuff.

Can not really give a full review

Have been able 2 hook up epson 2 my laptop & my netbook. With really no issues. Have only used the printer so far. Only problem I have with that is it can be a little hard to slide the paper holder in & out. My biggest issue is I can not get it to install onto my pc (which is the only place I would be using the fax part of the machine from). It installs part of it but it just not the whole thing. I have tried over & ever with the same results. Not sure if it is your issue or my pc with the problem thou.
