Ini. and start up a little shakey, first cople times trying to scan from computer command, it didn't want to go. I didn't have to cords to hook up the fax then I got everything necessary to hook it up completely. After that I scanned, copied, printed and faxed everything necessary to complete my task (5 pages long and saved) flawlessy. I am very impressed with the performance. A little slow on full page photh printing. Still very impressed..
I would recommend this to a friend!

Once the printer was installed, the print, scan and copy function work flawless.
Installation: I was unable to install the software completly due to an error on the install disk. I had to email epson to get instructions on fixing the error. I had to uninstall the software, go online, and download the complete software and drivers from the epson website. The printer works fine once that is accomplished.
The printer was able to find and connect to my wirless network quickly and easily. You have an option, at the beginning of installation to install through usb, wired or wireless network. Overall, installation is easy.

So far so good. I just bought my wife a Macbook Pro and the Epson 633 for Mother's Day. Set up went very smoothly. The directions were easy to follow and I had the printer hooked up to my wireless network and new Macbook in under 15 minutes. The first few pages I printed look great!

Drivers

I have had several of your products. They were easy to install and use. this has been a pain. Hours of finding that I had the wrong drivers, cleaning those up, installing drivers and the scanner does not work yet.
Get back to basics, get rid of the fru fru graphics and go to simplicity. Marketing is great but you've got to have an ease to use. Time, time, time.....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New Printer

I've had this printer for about a month and it is a great machine. I did have problems loading the printer driver from the disk that was supplied and I had to down load the printer driver from the internet. (I have Windows 7). The printer is fast and the quality is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The setup procedures would not allow me to setup the printer to my wireless network. Had to setup using a usb cable--what a bummer.
