My New WorkForce 633

"Nice slick printer. Easy setup.
My biggest concern with all the printer, is the printing time and the value of the replacement ink cartridge. The WorkForce 633 have all the feature my small business need, from basic Copying, Printing, Scanning and Faxing. The printing of my Black/Whites and or Colors is the fastest I seen so for with the quick drying ink. The Printing quality is great in black/white and colors. All my Faxing is setup in record time. Yes Epson you have exceed my vision

Printer is a pain in the butt to use. The only good thing I can say is that it was on sale and now I know why. The wireless workes sometimes the scaner workses sometimes and sometimes not. I have reinstalled the software updated it etc. When I buy another one I will give this one away

I am currently on my third epson printer scanner. The only reason I keep it is that I purchased an extended warranty. So when it breaks down, I can get another, no fuss. I don't care for this product for the reason that it is unreliable.

Started off working great using wifi. Then all of sudden it stopped printing via wifi. I erased all record of loading and reloaded. Worked for a couple of days. NOW it will NOT reload and I have to use a USB cable to print. Not what I wanted but what I am stuck with.

Expensive paperweight!!!

I have been trying for several weeks to set up this thing to print wirelessly (I already found out after the fact that I have to connect to the computer to scan - not happy) It simply seems to ignore the wireless network which works just fine with all my other wireless devices. The instructions are useless in figuring out what is wrong.

This printer is amazing. I love how simple and easy it was to run through the setup program to set the printer to print from all computers on the network. Ink last a long time. Best printer I have ever purchased.

It is a little difficult to program. But I called your customer service and they were able to guide me thru most of my problems.
