I love the printer so far. My only difficulty is downloading the Scan Driver. I have not solved it yet. I am able to copy and the copies came out great and the speed is awesome. I will try Epson directly if I cannot get this done on my own.

I would be a lot happier if it would work. Have loaded the software 3 times without an error message and am being told that all of the files did not load.

High quality All-in-one but tricky to setup

I bought this unit (Workforce 633) to replace an HP wireless All-in-one that keeps losing network connections on my laptop. The Epson installation software was very challenging to get installed for wireless connectivity. I have WPA2 wireless security and Windows 7 64 bit systems. With persistence and downloading updated versions of the drivers and utilities I finally got it working. Once I did I have been very impressed with the print quality, scan quality and the software usability. I was also pleased that Epson included the extra high capacity ink cartridges rather than the standard cartridges. If your patient and persistent with installations, this unit is well worth the effort.

I purchased a week ago, but set it up yesterday 4/16/11. Hooking it up to the wireless network in my home was so easy!! It was a cinch!
Printing was difficult ! I kept getting jams. Once I figured out where the jam was, it was fine, but it took awhile to figure out where it was.

It spits out blank sheets and acts as if it printed on them. For example: I wanted to print ten items, only 6 printed and there were 4 blank sheets intermixed. So when having to print something on the front and back, I have to baby sit the darn printer. I can't walk away and let it do it's job. Lame.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
