The price was terrific
the setup went smoothly, even though I had to download an update from the Epson website. I am satisfied so far. Time will tell as I get to use this printer. I've had good luck with Epson before and expect the same thing with this printer

Works fine (finally)

On Mac OS X 10.6 I haven't found anything that doesn't work. The first few prints were rough, but that quickly resolved. It scans fine, but I don't like the auto-detect objects setting (which tries to interpret the scan as multiple separate images) as it doesn't understand negative space is part of one image. The two sided printing works fine with the PDFs I've tried it with, but it is understandably slower than printing the same files one sided. Sadly I received a defective printer initially, but after a moderate length of time on the phone to confirm the defect, they were quick to send a replacement overnight and pay for the return of the other unit.

I searched for a while to find a printer that would print good quality photos on various papers along with printing everyday projects on plain paper. The stats on this printer said it would. It did not disapoint me. I just set my printer up and instalation was easy and self explanitory once it was time to run the disk. Pictures are great both on photo paper and plain paper. I love it!!!

Received printer very quickly after ordering.
Super easy to install. Only had it up and running for a couple days, but really pleased with the photo colors and ease of use. Looking forward to all the neat things that it does. Have had Epson printersbefore and will probably always have them.

Great features! It was a cinch setting up on either windows or Mac's. My wife was amazed that she can print or scan from her iPhone, and my daughter was happy that she no longer has to email me to print something for her :) We're still new to this printer and will enjoy learning how to do some of the things it can. Like making coloring books from our photos for the grandkids! Thanks Epson for making a great product!!

Printer does a good job of printing. It is wireless, a reason that I bought it. Wireless setup was not easy. It took at least 4 hours total time, finally resetting my linksys E3000 router to finally get it to work wirelessly. Still will not work wireless from my iMac. Still working on that.
