This took very little time to set up an get printing on my wireless network. Haven't used too much yet, but so far, am very pleased with the results.

I have been looking for an affordable way to produce professional looking DVDs for my digital clients. I have not wanted to produce labels that adhere to discs, but rather printable DVDs. I have only had the Artisan hooked up for a few hours, but so far it does everything as advertised, and does it extremely well. I would prefer to use the scanner portion with Epson Scan, but that does not work with my particular Mac system. I have another scanner that is excellent, so I'm not concerned about it. Love the wireless feature, which helps reduce clutter. So far I have nothing to criticize. Very pleased with this new addition to my home business.

So far an awesome machine. I know nothing about computers and I set this up in less than 30 minutes. Amazing. The print quality is gret and the photos awesome.

My limited edition prints are printed with Epson printers in the studio where I buy that service from. So, I wanted to have a printer for some smaller jobs I wanted to do. After a lot of comparing - I decided to buy a Epson 725 Arctic Edition. If Arctic has anything to do with the Arctic - I have only one comment. It should have stayed there. It is totally useless. Okay, it write nice images when it works. But it seldom does. It has constant problems with the paper tray and paper are jamming all the time. The only paper I use, is Epson's own paper. Then you might think, that you can look in a manual. But no, that manual just tell you how to do the obvious. For example how to open the box etc. It is so daft so I just had to write here about it. I have developed printing products earlier and written instructions. This is suprisingly as bad as it get. I am clearly disappointed and I will think twice before I buy an Epson product again
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love our new printer ! It was a breeze to setup via my wireless network (I didn't even need to use the USB cable for setup) We did a lot of comparison shopping before settling on this unit and even talked with a couple different reps in the store. Both said all printers are very comparable but both said theirs was best. I think the deciding factor for us was the cost of replacement ink cartridges and the fact that all Epson printers come with full std cartridges. (from what I can find noone else's does).
Can't say enough about how easy it is to use. It is a little big, due to the duplexer on the back and it is rather noisy. But without the competion to compare it to, it may not be any worse than others out there and it isn't loud enough to be annoying
Oh yeah, it does a great job of printing, scanning and copying too!!

it far exceeds my capacity to properly make use of it. I needed help in setting it up. It has capabilities and possibilities that I don't need and probably won't ever use.

I was able to set up this wireless printer with no help from husband or son. I went ahead and did test photos and compare to old printer's photos....amazing difference!
I am looking forward to using the scanner and the restoration features of this printer. With alittle reading and practice I am sure this is the perfect printer for my passion of photography and scrap booking!
