Don’t buy poor quality

My daughters bought me this for Christmas. I charge the battery, but everything together turned it on and the auger does not turn. You. Just hear the motor spinning no quality control at the factory.

The 20 volt cordless snow shovel work perfectly for 20 minutes and then for no apparent reason the paddles on the auger broke they're only hard plastic

Auger may as well be made of glass.

Loved this little snow machine but the second time using it and the auger broke apart. Looked inside and saw nothing jammed. It did hit something, I heard it, but nothing there. I'd expect this to last a little longer and to be a bit more robust. After reading these reviews it seems there may be an issue with this particular auger. If you're going to put a sub par auger in this machine, you should at least sell replacements for it.
