good except for edge trimmer

I am having problem getting line long enough to trim from roller. Is roller supposed to be on cement or grass. line is correct length from auto feeder but can't reach grass. What am I doing wrong?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little hesitant about a battery operated anything, But my gas powered weed eater just was not cutting it. This beats out pulling my shoulder out of its socket just trying to start my other weed eater. This battery operated trimmer is great, literally no muss, no fuss. Charge the battery, make sure you have string and away you go. There is no oil to manage, no fuel to buy, no additives to add. Plus to start it you simply push in the safety and push a button. So simple! Love that it has the edging wheel. I definitely recommend this to anyone on the fence about the battery powered equipment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this trimmer! The most important aspect about it to me is that it doesn’t use gas and is battery operated. I try to avoid gas products because my kids enjoy using the tools that I do for our landscaping. Gas just worries me! I love that this is rechargeable and super lightweight! There is no cord to get tangled in or having to worry about extension cables. This is easy to use and the directions are simple to understand. I purchased an additional battery so that I have a backup if I do the entire yard and garden. Great product! I’m looking into the push mower as well!

You gotta get one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This weed eater is super powerful and efficient! I admit I was skeptical at first because it was electronic but not anymore! I have ditched my gas weed eater and use this one all the time now! No more pulling and pulling to get it cranked! Just hit the button and you are cutting grass!

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the light weight of this trimmer, the adjustable length is nice too, it adjusts out far enough so I'm not killing my back like I do with shorter ones. The battery lasts a long time, I completed all my trimming without the battery quitting. The edger attachment is a nice addition also. Overall this is a great trimmer with great features

Great trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trimmer and edger is great. It was really easy to assemble and the battery was mostly charged out of the box. I can now get rid of all the tall grass around our shed and can edge our driveway with the edging tool. The handle moves in whatever direction you need it to to get the most comfortable position. I can't wait to use this even more this summer.

It's very lightweight, so it's easy to carry around and hold. It literally switches from Trimmer to Edger mode with the push of the button. It doesn't take long to charge . The handle can be adjusted for comfort. I love that it has auto feed, and it does an amazing job. I highly recommend this product!
