The merchandise came in a timely manner and was well packaged. I have only been able to try a few of the options that it offers, but so far so good. Love the under appliance wand, great idea!! I have pets, so i am so excited about the new rollers that do not appear to get all wrapped up with hair. Unit appears to have really good suction, and the deoderizing disc feature is nice so your carpets don't smell like your pets so bad.

I have a Shark Rocket that I’ve had for a few years and I love it!! But I also wanted a full size vacuum so I chose the Stratos. So far so good!!! Easy to use with lots of attachments. I guess I’ll find out how long it last!!!

I absolutely LOVE my Stratos!! I have never had an upright vacuum clean bare floors as well as this does. The duo clean rollers literally sweep debris into the powerhead instead of flinging it out the sides like many uprights do. The removable canister is redesigned from the older Rotator series sobit is easy to wash and keep clean. I hope that the scent pod technology works as it claims to prevent my cleaner from smelling like my dog! Absolutely would recommend this cleaner to everyone!!

This vacuum is amazing. I was a dyson vacuum person before ordering this product. I have a dog who sheds a lot and it sucks up all the dog hair. Absolutely love it.

My Shark vacuum is several years old, but I am still amazed how well it picks up dog and cat hair. I was skeptical at first, but it proved me wrong! It is worth every penny! Thank you for an amazing product!

I purchased this vacuum AZ3002 on 9/3/2022 thinking it would be better than the Shark Apex, Lift away, most definitely is not. Now it has a lower price than I paid for it. Not happy.

I’ve only had the unit for a little over a week. I vacuumed our 2-story with an older Shark unit completely including the stairs. First time us of this unit blew my mind. Pet hair and everything missed by the first one. It’s unbelievable and Unbeatable!
