i bought this a month ago as a replacement for my 5-year old Navigator. The old vacuum still works great, but this the new Stratos has more suction and the newer heas gets more et hair and doesn't clog

I do love the new vacuum, however the one thing I'm not a fan of is when you detach the handle and add one of the attachments, there used to be a light that would light up when they handle. All my old sharks have had that, but this one does not. So when you go to UC attachment there's no light. You can't see what you're sucking up or if you're missing sucking something up. Maybe they could have that and that would be phenomenal. Also, they need to add the replacement filters as an option to buy. Not everyone is a big fan of washing the filter as not everything gets out of it. I looked on their accessories and supply list and they don't even have replacement filters for that yet. They have the smell cartridges, but they do not have the filter replacement. And I do add a handle with a light, I would love to be notified as I would definitely purchase that as a replacement part.

I decided to try a shark vacuum. The anti-hair wrap is what really had me wanting to try the vacuum.. I have always owned dysons. I was always happy with them but I was constantly cleaning the roller weekly. I have three daughters and we all have long hair. I could not believe how much the shark picked up. First I vacuumed with my Dyson then I tried the shark. It was utterly amazing. And hair does not wrap around the brush like they claim. I love vacuuming now. I highly recommend this vacuum to everybody. You will not be disappointed. The lift away feature is also very nice for steps. I would buy this over another vacuum any day.
