I was not happy with how long it took for my delivery. I had to call the company twice, but when I received my new vacuum I was blown away with its performance. I was not only able to clean but clean within a very small amount of time. The switching of the accessories was flawless. The suction is strong. I was able to go places I never had went before. I plan to purchase another vacuum because there is going to be a fight for this one. I love my stratos. My mother who is a high critic of vacuum cleaners says thought I polished my floor. I told her it was the vacuum. Wonderful. Customer service was very good with my complaints. They listen to me and understood my woes. I am impressed with the situation all except the long term wait for delivery

Is all it’s said on infomercial… love it. I vacuumed with a previous model of Shark about 4 yrs old … That one still worked great, but this one had the No hair tangle free brush… I re vacuumed the same 5x7 carpet and sucked up about 1/4 of the new vacuums volumn in the dirt canister… Very Impressed

Purchased a few months back. I hate the design. I’m left handed so when I lift off the base, the hose twists up. Doesn’t have the separate hard floor attachment like the older models have, which are more nimble with a lower profile, so going under cabinets and in between tight spaces like the toilet and the wall are impossible. To accommodate I now have to use the crevice tool with the brush attachment on the long wand, which causes the vacuum to topple over every. single. time. I’m really disappointed I spent so much money on this vacuum.

This vacuum met all my expectations. For a house with many pets it works great. I was embarrassed by the amount this vacuum picked up. I didn't realize my old vacuum was leaving so much behind. Well worth the money.

Been using my new Stratos for about 1 month not overly impressed with the performance versus my previous Apex AX912 model. Stratos seems more bulkier but I do believe the suction performance is improved. Also the overall sturdiness of the Stratos seems lacking the quality of my Apex (which I still have and use at times).
