I bought this a few months ago right after they released it. I just opened it the other day and I can tell you WoW!!!
I have I’ll preface this also by saying I have a few Sharks and my latest Shark works 100% fine but it is a lower model without all of the add-ons so this one is now designated for the “gross stuff”. Anyways back to the Stratos!!! AMAZING! I swear the cord is 50 feet long(not quite), the attachments are fantastic, and the plug-in for pet odors is wonderful!
The canister is crazy big and the whole lift away, vacuum under the bed, dressers etc. Is phenomenal and gross all at the same time. This thing picks up stuff the naked eye can’t even see. Worth every penny!

This is the first tool I reach for when cleaning. The vacuum is lightweight, easy to maneuver and very effective on bare floors as well as carpet.. Perfect for a quick all around cleaning and very effecive as a deep clean vacuum. No necessity to clean the roller brush and the canister empties with a flick of the wrist. Quick start and quick finish.

I bought this due to pets but I find it harder to maneuver than I anticipated. Also it is heavier on one side which again makes it hard to maneuver. I wished you had a smaller lighter weight version with the same capabilities

I bought two of these vacuums, I absolutely love mine but my Mother has a hard time as it is on the heavy side for her, she is 95 years old. After a month she decided to return hers as she didn't use it but we could not find any help in doing so. We knew we had a 90 day return deadline and tried for two months to return the vacuum. Calls have been made, emails have been sent to no avail. I would hate for my Mother to get stuck paying for something she cannot use. Again, it is not the vacuum, I love mine, it is that she cannot maneuver it easily and would like to figure out how to return it!!!!

I only received this vacuum last week and absolutely love it! I myself have long hair and have two long haired dogs and six cats and there is literally no hair wrap. AMAZING!

I received my new vacuum one week ago. I was shocked to find how poorly my previous vacuum was cleaning my floors. This vacuum actually pulls the fuzz away from the baseboards even when I am several inches away. I like the lift-off design for cleaning steps and hard to reach areas. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
