I am very picky when it comes to vacuums. Friends and family make fun of my love for them. I bought this vacuum over a month ago and I am very pleased.
Pros:
Fast delivery
Easy assembly
Great suction
Long power cord
Many useful tools/attachments
The new (to me) self cleaning brush roll really works! I have very long hair and I was constantly cleaning my old Shark because the hair would get wrapped in the brush. I do not have to do that with this vacuum.
I love that the filters are washable
The odor neutralizer is a great feature. The scent is not too strong but I can tell that my rooms smell fresher.

The only "con" would be that it is heavier than my previous Shark. While this would not deter me from buying again, I think it is worth noting. I can tell that it takes more effort to push/pull the vacuum. I am in my late 30's so this is not a huge problem for me, but it may be for others.

The vacuum it's self works well, but being advertised as a pet focused vacuum, the high pitched noise it makes sounds like a jet airplane and it freaks my animals out. I feel horrible when I need to vacum

Powerful suction and love the attachments

I purchased my vacuum about a month ago. So far it has been the best vacuum ever! I have 2 large indoor huskies which I have a time keeping up with especially during their major shed cycles. Previous vac the hair would get wound up or caught in a ball in the hose and I was constantly having to clean it. So far, it has not been a problem for this machine. I love the ease of switching from carpet for hardwood floors. Other vacuums didn’t seem to have enough suction to clean the hard floor well. Just seemed to roll over floor and pick up some. My Shark has more than enoug! It pulls all the dog hair to it and sucks it up! The attachments are amazing too. Love the one for under appliances. Ease of going over head for cleaning too is just a click of a button. I feel like my house is so much cleaner. Thank you Shark for making a husky owner approved vacuum! It was so needed!

I did a bit of research on new vacuums now that I have a dog that sheds heavily twice per year. My old (non pet Dyson) vacuum was admittedly 11 years old, but unable to keep my carpets clean enough for my allergies. I compared numerous new pet vacuums and decided on the Shark Stratos. It is only a month old, so it should be effective. I never thought that I would get excited about a vacuum, but wow... I have been 100% impressed with how clean my carpets are, so my expectations have happily been met and exceeded. The roller still has zero hair on it after a month and the volume of hair / dust / whatever was in the carpet that has been removed and in the canister is scary (in a good way if you like clean floors). It's also easy to interchange the different cleaning options that it came with, so my stairs are the cleanest they've ever been and my wooden floors are completely clean as well. Unquestionably a great purchase for allergies and better breathing...!
