Love the vac, not impressed with the pet pro brush. Not as robust as I would have expected from Shark. I’m a loyal Shark customer and this is my first disappointment

I bought this a month ago and I love it! The suction is powerful picking up more dirt than my old vacuum did. And all the attachments are useful and work great! This vacuum is worth the price!

I bought this vacuum to replace my shark navigator. I was amazed at how much more the shark stratos picked up. I had just vacuumed my living room when the stratos arrived and of course I had to try the new one out right away. It picked up a lot more dust and pet hair from the carpet that the other one missed. I’m really impressed. I haven’t used any of the attachments yet so can’t comment on those.

This vacuum is extremely heavy and hard to maneuver. For the price we paid for it, I expected to fall in love with it immediately. I did not. I really do not like it at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I only had this vacuum for about a couple weeks but let me tell you truthfully I love it. I was a little scared ordering this vacuum because like everything else you see on TV they try to sell it is just a good product but not worth it. But this vacuum is so worth buying. I have a Labrador who sheds like crazy I call it Labrador glitter and right now he is loosing his summer coat so I have to vacuum everyday this vacuum picks up every hair and then some. The suction is awesome. The other features I like is the fact that everything is so easy to do and put together and take apart. For example the container that holds the dirt is detached from the vacuum with one button and then empty’s with one button. That attachment for the pet hair on chairs etc attaches really easy and works great. My home feels and looks so clean after I vacuum which right now is everyday. Thank you for making a great vacuum
