This vacuum will show you what that cheap vacuum you have is missing.
Cause after the easy assembly of the shark Stratos. I tested it on the living room rug after using old vacuum. Oh my I was embarrassed by the dirt it pulled out. Will attach pic to show.
Then vacuumed furniture and carpets and it done an excellent job. Cause we have 2 dogs and a cat so hair is a big issue. This machine didn't blink and the powered vacuum head stayed clean like advertised.
Does excellent job on vehicles to for the hair. I did buy the 5 yr vip warranty but I don't see needing with how well built it looks and feels like.
So I highly recommend the Stratos to everyone.

Bought this a few weeks ago. I love it, better then the first shark i had. Its heavier then the last one so it doesn't fall.over as easy. The power is fantastic. Cant say one thing against it.

I have tried a lot of other vacuums and I always had the same problem with them. My pets shed a lot so there's a lot of hair and all of these other vacuums just get clogged up all of the time. But not the Shark Stratos. It sucks it all up without getting clogged up in the tubes. Installation of the vacuum was easy. I didn't feel like I was trying to defuse a nuclear weapon just to simply put the vacuum together. The lift away is amazing for getting under furniture and appliances. The only things I wish I could change about this product wish I could extend the wand to reach higher places and I wish the attachments for those hose would attach to the hose. Most of the time I'm not sure if I have the attachments in there right and hope it doesn't just fall out while cleaning

I have two dogs (as well as other pups that come to visit), so am constantly dealing with not only the hair, but also fine dirt/dust that they carry in. Vacuuming took care of the hair, but my wood-look vinyl floors still looked dull unless I took the next step and wet mopped. Finally replaced my old other brand (high end that shall remain nameless) and was shocked at the difference. After vacuuming with my new Stratos, my floors looked just mop shiny - no grit, no residual dust. I am still getting used to the attachments (and how strong the suction power is) but can say the power brush really takes off the dirt and hair. The vacuum itself is very easy to maneuver and moving from hard floor to rugs is so simple. And the odor cartridge freshens but does not overwhelm. A very nice feature. I no longer dread vacuuming.

Love the flexibility

I was heartbroken when my ten year old Shark Navigator broke and I dreaded trying to find a suitable replacement. I decided on the Stratos AZ3002 and have been using it for six weeks and I'm pretty pleased with it overall.
My floors are primarily hardwood with multiple large area rugs, ceramic tile floors in the bathrooms and three of the bedrooms have wall to wall carpet. I also have three indoor cats who shed a lot and love to track litter throughout the house.
My favorite feature on this vacuum is the ability to remove the canister and thoroughly vacuum the area rug under my king size bed. Having the pile/height adjustment near the handle makes it easy to change when moving from carpet or tile to hardwood. The attachment to clean under appliances, dressers and nighstands is also very useful.
The wand is removed easily to clean along baseboards, corners and stairs but I do miss having a standard brush attachment for these tasks. The odor neutralizer is pleasant but the cartridges didn't last very long even though I used the lowest setting so I don't anticipate purchasing any refills. The canister doesn't feel as substantial as my old Shark so I'm just hoping it holds up.
Overall I'm pleased with the purchase and hope to get as many years of service from this vacuum that I did from my old Navigator.
