This is my second Shark, the first was called the Navigator, I think..I had it a long time.. It took lots of hard use before I decided to up grade to the Stratos. I'm glad I did..

The beast vacuum

I bought this vacuum cleaner because I have 5 dogs in my house! One is a husky and sheads like no other! The other 4 sheads also but nothing like the husky! This vaccum has completely amazed me! It's very powerful and vacuums like a boss! Has amazing attachments as well! I am completely in love with it! I even own a Rainbow vacuum and I would say it vacuums better then the Rainbow!!! This is a must have if you have pets or even kids! I do daycare in my home as well! I have only had this vacuum for about two weeks now and have not found one thing wrong with it so far! I vacuum a lot in a day so it been an amazing vacuum!!

I was sucked in by the infomercial and made a purchase. This vacuum has not disappointed at all. Extremely powerful and easy to use. We have a lot of long hair and cat hair in the house and this shark stratos does an incredible job. Very fresh and clean smelling too with the odor neutralizer! Best Vacuum I've ever owned and used in my lifetime! I love using this! Excellent on all carpet types and hard floors! There is nothing this can't do!

I’ve had the Shark Stratos for a couple months now. I’ve been questioning if it’s just skimming the top of carpet or actually getting dog hair out. I vacuumed good three hours before my Thanksgiving company, my Grandkids were playing on the carpeted floor in my family room and tons of hair balled up and was left all over the floor. I was disgusted and so disappointed. I’m not sure if I’m still able to send it back. Very pricey to not get all the dog hair out of the carpet! I have two Golden Retrievers, I bought this model specifically to get the dog hair up. My old shark model did a lot better, I just wanted an upgrade 😭😡

Love the vacuum, the steam mop not so much …

I do really like the vacuum but the package included the steam mop. I thought the steam mop would word good on cleaning our tile floors. I even bought extra mop heads for it but it would not heat up enough to create steam so never got to use it and am stuck with two extra mop heads. 5 stars for the vacuum and zero stars for the steam mop. Don’t get sucked into the package deal.

I decided to get this vacuum because I use a Shark at work, and I’ve never used another vacuum cleaner that has this much suction power! We use it a LOT every day, we have high customer traffic, and the Shark cleans the rugs excellent every time. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I have dogs, so the hair collects quick in my house. I used my previous vacuum the day I got my Shark and went over the floor really well (or what I thought was really well) and then I went over everything again with my new Shark, and almost fell over when I seen how much more it collected! And I love the way I can just release the handle and use it on the furniture too. It’s amazing….you won’t be disappointed!
