New Shark Stratos is wonderful

I have four Labrador retrievers two birds and a bunny, and this vacuum is fantastic. I replaced my old Shark vacuum that is still working but showing it's age 8+ years. I love the no tangle feature, the flexibility and ease of use. I only hope it lasts as long or longer than my old Shark.

Worst Vac I Have Ever Owned

In my opinion, this vac is very awkward to use because it is so top heavy. After using for about 30 minutes, three times in a week, it is making a funny noise. On a hardwood floor, it leaves dust streaks. Will not stand on it's own. This problem with not standing up by itself...and having to be leaned against something.... has been a problem for me with other Shark vacs I have had. I am done with the brand and returning this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had several sh ark products and I will say that I have not been disappointed with none of my products that I have bought I will say that they keep getting better thank you shark for the many years of great products

I bought this two weeks ago. Very impressed. This is our 2nd Shark upright. Bought the 1st one 6 years ago and it is still working. Had to get the newest though.

I love it so far. It takes a little getting used to using the correct attachment for a particular job and it's a little difficult controlling the wand with one hand while holding the lift away canister in the other. I'm getting better at though!

As far as suction..versatility..tools..amazing..I would recommend..However, it is heavier than I thought..I have hand issues fingers..n rotator cuff surgery..other injured...Being said that..I find it cumbersom....awkward..Sometimes..for me...it hard to reconnect the lift off...I cannot hold it ..in most instances ..so it is always falling to the side..I asked to have straps connected to it. So I could carry on back..be easier..

I’ve had the vacuum about a week. I always buy Shark products because as someone in cat rescue, pet hair is everywhere. I loved my last two Sharks over the past 15 years. The Stratos is mind blowing! The suction is incredible. I have never gotten this much hair in one pass over! The tools for the couch are make me giddy! They get everything. And true to word the new design features have not have hair tangled anywhere.
Highly recommend for pet owners and I’ll scream it from the rooftops “RESCUERS, GRAB THIS SHARK!”
