I purchased the Shark Stratos with the added attachments about one month ago and let me tell you…It delivers everything it says and more. I’m amazed at how great it works. I used it on carpet, laminate, hardwood and furniture with no problems. I actually love vacuuming now!

If you really want to buy a Shark vacuum, run your transaction with a private, non-Shar vendor. Do not go directly through Shark. The product works well, but the experience with the company has been atrocious.

We bought this a few months back. I hate the on and off button. With neuropathy in my hands, very hard to turn on and off. The wand tube is too short. The vacuum clean keeps tipping over while using it. There is no decent attachment to use on throw rugs or along floor baseboards. I broke one on the attachments trying to get it off the wand. It got stuck and the top came off but the bottom portion stayed attached.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
