Bought this recently, still getting used to the tools that came with it , it’s unbelievable how much suction this has, I could not believe it, 100% better than my Dyson

It is a great vacuum. Works great on picking up dog hair and dust off the floor instead of just moving it around. It’s easy to maneuver. My only complaint is the hose is a little short and the canister falls over, when I need to remove the hose to add an attachment. I would still recommend it. Works great on rugs. I’m able to do everything with this. Ceiling fans to floor.

I was in need of a new vacuum

My pull along vacuum just was not doing a good enough job cleaning my house anymore. I have a 2 year old with constant sinus issues. We also have two animals. I was hoping that a new vacuum would help with the pet hair and would help with my poor sons nose. Man my wish was answered!!! This vacuum is so much more powerful than my previous! It is also more quiet and makes the air smell cleaner! I am in love!

best vacuum we have had (except for the electrolux that was 30 years old)!! picks up everything, pet hair, we have long hair papillons, no plugging up with their hair, or having to clean brushes, easy empty container, and lots of extras with it.

I'm 70 years old and have had nothing but shark since they came out but this rotating neck will not allow me to go in the straight line. I can't keep it from turning to the left or to the right and do a straight line across my rug... so I'm not sure about whether I like that or not.

I bought this about a month ago. I love everything about it. I would've gave it a 5 star but it's a little on the heavy side. Other then that it works like a charm. Great power gets in the corners and edges really well. Love all the attachments. No step ladders needed with this vacuum.

This is the BEST!!!. Our previous Shark vacuum picked up dog hair from the rugs, but took forever and you could still pull up hair by rubbing your hands on the carpet. This vacuum pick it ALL up in one path. Then I did our hardwood floors and you can see debris being sucked in from the sides. All the corners were done perfectly.
