This vacuum cleaner is by far THE BEST sweeper I've had. I previously had an older Shark and I was ready for an upgrade. I'm so glad I bought this!

Great vacuum. Better than expected

I have been through a few vacuums in the past few years and had decided they don’t clean like they used to. I was wrong!
This vacuum cleans with power. It side cleans. It vacuums what is under it. All those things I’ve been looking for which is big when you have two big Retrievers that shed constantly!

Broke after 30 min of light use

This is my third Shark vacuum. If I turn off the vacuum after about 5 minutes of use, it will not turn back on. Depressing the on button multiple times will sometimes eventually turn it back on. Highly disappointed as the unit is only a week old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recently received our new shark stratos with the pet bundle and the steam mop. We are extremely impressed with the suction and the way it picks up our two dogs hair. We also bought the vip lifetime warranty and are looking forward to many years of service from this vacuum. Thanks for a great product!

I was nervous about buying this as a Christmas gift for my wife (didn't want her to get the wrong idea, lol) but when she opened it, she instantly fell in love with it. She won't let anyone touch it except her!

Arrived in days after ordering. Put it together in minutes and started vacuuming. All I can say is WOW! It absolutely cleans all types of floors especially carpet. I am so pleased with my purchase.
