It sucks in more than one way.

It has great suction but that's about it. As usual, the hose is to short/to hard to get any length from. And why they decided it didn't need a light on the handle is beyond me, stairs and corners are dark. It will be getting a flashlight with some duct tape.
The duster crevice tool takes magic to get the brush part down. I'll break it in no time. It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever dealt with on a vacuum (besides the hose). It's also my most used attachment so I'm pretty mad that it doesn't function like the old ones.

Excellent suction

Just used it for the first time and I vacuumed with my old sweeper first and was surprised to see how much more this new sweeper picked up. Not sure I’m impressed with the weight of it and the hose. My last shark hose broke at the top and this one is made exactly the same so hoping I don’t run into that with this new one.

Shark Stratos and Floor Steamer.

I bought The Shark Stratos and it came with the Floor Steamer. I had a Shark Rotator that I had for years. My floors seem so much cleaner. I love how it goes from carpet to hard floors without switching attachments. The suction is awesome. I love them both.

Powerful vaccuum!

I bought this 2 months ago and waited to write the review until I had plenty of time to try it out! This is a very powerful vaccuum, and I'm always surprised at how much dust is collected in the bin. It is very easy to remove and reconnect the pieces - they snap securely into place. It is somewhat heavy to maneuver as several reviews said, but my other vaccuum is a 30-year-old Kirby, so the Shark is much easier! I love the lift-away feature - great to get under furniture and the swivel head helps to get between furniture legs. It is true that the cord is short when the lift-away is removed, but I've gotten used to how to place it so it doesn't fall over. The vaccuum gets right up to the floor molding. The attachments work very well for the furniture, under appliances, etc. The bin is easy to empty - no mess!
My recommendation would be to have an attachment that decreases the power so that you can vaccuum lamp shades. The Shark's power is too strong for that. The Kirby has an attachment that decreases the power with an adjustable button.

Great features with this machine

I bought the shark Stratos duel clean lift a way vacuum with the pet protection package.
Vacuum works great.
Only one recommendation: flex hose should be 8”” to 10” long

One complaint: The power head that I received did not have the Textured Micro-Dots on the power fins as advertised in your commercial. 😞

Worked great while it lasted for only 2months!!!

I bought this 2months ago and while i was using it it stopped working in all. It won't even turn on. I loved it i was super happy and now I'm very disappointed and upset I spent all this money and it didn't even last 3 months.

7th Shark which does not disappoint

We have a large house and 7 long haired dogs. We switched to Shark years ago after literally replacing a vacuum every year. I love the new model. It has a much larger bin, excellent power and most of all the new roller eliminates the painful task of removing dog hair from the roller. The filter system is a nice enhancement also. All the accessories are also very well designed and they allow me to clean every difficult knook and cranny.
I would recommend this to a friend!
