I bought this vacuum a month ago and I’m not regret that!! It’s great and cleans really well! Buying another one for my daughter as a present!! Rightly recommend!

Loving my ne Shark Stratos!

I've had this for a couple weeks now and I am just loving it. I previously had the Professional Shark, which is also a great vacuum. The fact that the Stratos won't get hair caught around the brush was the main selling point for me. I was always cutting hair out of my old vacuum. The Stratos has not got any hair wrapped around it which is amazing when you have 2 people with long hair and animals.
Also received the Steam Mop and it has been excellent as well. My floors haven't been streaky after they dry.

Not better than my Apex model

It has less suction and lights than my previous Apex model. I do appreciate that hair does not tangle in the brush. After the second use, power was not flowing to it for some reason. I removed the dust cup and put it back a few times and then decided to work. Not sure where the glitch is coming from but if it continues I will return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your someone who uses a vacuum often then don’t buy this vacuum. The canisters clip already cracked off and now the vacuum is just an over priced piece of plastic that is now a paperweight. Nonetheless you try to call shark ninja as well for customer support and much like every other company in this terrible country it’s just an automated line that hangs up on you after you’ve selected a few options. This is our 6th vacuum by shark we previously purchased stick vacuums and those died as well. Now we tried the regular vacuum and it’s just as terrible. With all the money we have thrown into shark I will probably be going to Kirby as they seem like a more durable vacuum. I’m putting performance as a 3 because when the vacuum did work it was great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best vacuum ever!

Just got my Stratos. It's amazing! I have 5 dogs and it picks up dog hair like crazy! I had a Dyson roll ball pet vacuum and the Stratos is 💯 better.
