Best vacuum I have purchased so far

Bought this model about a month ago..haven’t used all the attachments yet but am happy with its performance and how it picks up deep from the carpet

I bought this vacuum after A LOT of research. We own a Bernese Mountain Dog (need I say more?) and this vacuum cleans our hardwood floors, stair runners, sofas, walls, curtains & just about everywhere we use it SPOTLESS clean. So clean that I am tempted not to mop (but I do anyway). It makes it seem like we don't own a Berner. It makes it seem we could eat off the floor! Yes, it has a cord, and its a bit heavy and it is pricey but it is SO WORTH IT!

We have had shark for awhile and have always been pleased with the price/performance they give. We replaced an older model (5 years) with the stratos. This new model feels very cheap and the design doesn’t really seem very well thought through. We are hoping it lasts at least as long as the previous one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First Vacuum I've EVER Totally Loved!

Large, roomy debris container is amazing! With 8 cats in the house, previous vacuum debris containers fill up way too quickly. I'm able to vacuum all necessary areas before needing to empty as it seems to compact the debris to maintain space for more. The assortment of attachments are easy to attach to the extremely easy detachable hose/wand. The debris container is also easily detachable to carry into areas for the wand/hose to reach. I am amazed with how quickly and easily the vacuum components detach to enable mobility to hard-to-reach areas. Oh, and did I mention that the suction from both the floor roller and wand/hose is amazing! The floor roller is designed to deter debris from wrapping around and blocking the roller, and boy does it work! The cat scratch post is a culprit for lots of twine entangling previous vacuum rollers. No more cutting twine, thread and other debris with my new wonder Shark!! Highly recommend this product to everyone, whether you have animals or not!

Overall, this vacuum is wonderful. I replaced a 10 year old Shark rotator that I loved and this vacuum is a definite upgrade. Works great on hard flooring as well as carpet. Suction is very powerful. The odor neutralizer wasn’t a selling point for me but I am loving that feature. Makes my house smell fresh after vacuuming. It’s not over powering at all, just a perfect light scent. My only negative and the reason for 4 stars is the hose is so much shorter than my old Shark! I use it a lot to get dog hair off the couches and it’s a pain. The vacuum constantly tips over. I put my foot on the bottom of the vacuum while using and it helps but why is it so short?!? I can deal with it so I’m not returning the vacuum but it really is annoying. I do love everything else so I would recommend the product overall!

Really Works as Advertised!

My home has never been cleaner. The vacuum and attachments are easy to use and so handy. Dust and dog hair are lifted from the carpet and hard floors. Could not believe the amount of stuff that collected from my first use. I also appreciate the steam mop for our tile floors. Simple to use and effective. So very pleased with this purchase. Would recommend these items without reservation.

LOVE the new Shark Stratos

Purchased the Shark Stratos to replace the old Shark Rotator that we purchase about 10 years ago, bequithed it to my son, while it still works well, fell in love wuth the new and extra features of the Stratos
