Wanted to love it; Disappointed

Short version:
Best suction of any vacuum I’ve ever used.
Worst form factor of any vacuum I’ve ever used.
The good: The online deal with all of the extras was a good value. Although I haven’t used them all yet, the ones I have used are purposeful. It was easy to assemble right out of the box. To both my amazement (and dismay) the suction is unparalleled. I had no idea how much pet hair and dirt was left behind with my Dyson.
The bad: This is by far the most awkward and hard to use vacuum I’ve had. For lack of a better word, it is “clunky”. The whole vacuum is heavy, although when you take the canister off it’s quite light. But when you do that, you literally have to carry it around because the hose has hardly any stretch and the slightest movement knocks it over. The attachments, while useful, are at weird angles once you put them on. The cord is always in the way so that’s another thing to hold on to. I’ll give it a few more tries, but as it stands, I would not recommend and am contemplating returning it.

Amazing!!

I give it 5 stars because it have an amazing power suction. It really clean deeply any floor specifically the carpet. It has many attachments, most of them I don't really use them . It's very good cleaning under the table or bed. I love it , but for me it's very heavy.

I started buying the shark vacuums after I used my mother in laws vacuum was very light weight when carried up and down stairs with 6 dogs in the house its nice to have a vacuum that will keep up with all of the dog hair thank you for a awesome vacuum

This vacuam is both quality and stylish and actually a joy to run as it glides you along the carpet and all you have to do is easily pull it back and it picks up everything, both on hardwood floors and the carpet. It also comes with all the accessories I need for picking up after the pets. Great job Shark !

Very satisfied I was skeptical about buying one because of the price but well worth it. Best purchase I ever made for a vacuum it sucked up all the dirt up and even made my carpet look almost new and the oder technology is awesome alsmy living room smells much cleaner. I've always liked shark vacuums. Been a fan for years.

Super duper suction!

We just got ours yesterday. And what a difference it makes. We have several huskies, which makes a ton of fur everywhere everyday. Was a significant amount of fur this vacuum pulled out of the carpet. The sealed system, hepa is nice, no more dust blowing out.
The accessories are really nice. Being able to separate the canister is also an excellent feature.
Price wise, we will see if that holds true to is this really worth it. I've had other sharks along time ago and wasn't impressed.
I really didn't need a steam mop, but this was the only way to get the full accessory bundle. That's something they need to fix.
Disappointed to see the same bundle much cheaper the day after I get mine. Oh well.
I so far can say I recommend this vacuum especially if your a fur parent.

Easy to assemble easy to understand

My shark came in two days, fastest shipment ever so pleased with the product itself. I have five cats My husband works construction is constantly bringing in debris. I cannot tell how many times I’ve emptied the container and still will find picks up even more. I love the product.

Good suction for long dog hair in carpet

We have 2 Newfoundland's and 3 cats, I have struggled with other vacuums not being powerful enough to get the hair/dander out of the carpet. This vacuum has done well. The brush roll doesn't get bound up with the hair (other brands easily got bound up). I also like the deodorizer discs, they help combat the smell from vacuuming.
However, things I wish were different:
-The front roller (for smooth floors) gets hair/debris easily wrapped around it. I removed it for daily use, but I wish there were 2 of the regular brush rolls with the fins. I think this would make the cleaning power of the vacuum top-notch.
-I wish the upholstery attachment had better power. When using it, there isn't enough suction or pressure to make it actually scrape the hair up off of the surface. If you put slight pressure on it, the blades stop rotating and quit working. Its basically useless.
-I wish the hose length was slightly longer. When using the lift-off function, you cant get very far and the device easily tips over because of the pull on the vacuum.
