Poor Soft Roller

So glad I purchased the extended warranty; I purchased the Stratos unit just over a year ago. Within that time the soft roller has stopped working twice. I filed a warranty claim for the first replacement; only been a couple months & I have to file a new claim for the replacement part that is now not working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I want to make it absolutely clear that this machine and your service are the very best. I replaced an older product with this one, and I am amazed at how much easier it is to handle new one and how very clean everything is when I’m through

Best Shark Yet

I recently bought the Stratos Upright with the TruePet Upgrade, and I love it! It's much more powerful than my IonFlex DuoClean stick (over 5 years old and still running strong). I now live in an apartment that is mostly carpeted and it does a thorough deep-cleaning job. I have two "master shedder" dogs and the self-cleaning brushroll is a huge plus for me.

Absolutely went beyond my expectations. The day I received my Stratos, I was surprised how easily it was to assemble and use. The performance is exceptional. The best vacuum I have ever owned. I will definitely recommend this to family and friends.

This thing SUCKS!!

I treated myself to this vacuum as a Christmas gift. I have 6 completely indoor cats and 2 large double coated dogs. My house is a mess. This thing does it all. The upholstery wand made my couch look brand new. I used to have to go behind my old vacuum with a lint brush to get all the hair off the fabric, but not anymore. MOST IMPORTANTLY this vacuum works wonders on the hard floors. I can finally go barefoot in my house again. This thing picks up not only hair but CAT LITTER. It's impossible to prevent tracking out of the litterbox but this machine makes quick work of the mess. My old vacuum used to just kick the litter back out of the brush roll and I'd have to go behind the vacuum with an old broom and dustpan and it took forever. Not anymore. I just leave this thing plugged in and use it multiple times a day. I no longer dread cleaning. I think this vacuum changed my life.

I absolutely love this vacuum! The only downfall is that it is super heavy! I vacuum A LOT, and it is just to much some times

Being almost 70 years old I have pushed around a few vacuums in my day. I have owned some of the top name vacuums out there but this one is absolutely #1! This definitely is designed to do everything easier with better results than any other one out there. The engineers definitely put a lot of thought into it! I guarantee you can't go wrong getting one of these. They take vacuuming to a whole new level of clean.
