Very nice product from Shark. Easy to use, very good cleaning power. Especially like the power fins.
This is the 3rd vacuum cleaner from Shark that I’ve owned and the quality continues to be great!! I got the pet package and I really like the additional tools.
Very maneuverable. It seems to be heavier than my previous Shark.

Love the suction power & that no hair in wrapped!

Suction power is no joke! The amount of dust & hair it got up was unreal! It is a bit heavy when you have to lug it around, but the suction power makes up for that! With 3 dogs & 1 cat & two long haired ppl in a house this is a real game changer! Had a shark rocket previously that did well, but still nothing compared to this!

Just got this for Christmas and it is very powerful! I vacuumed the day before and this was almost able to fill its canister with what my old vacuum missed! My rugs look brand new! Also very powerful attachments for cleaning upholstery. Would recommend 10/10!

Does the job but needs improvement

Works well but simply too heavy to push around. Should have been manufactured as a self-propelled model like some competitors offer.
As well as it may clean, I do not recommend it to individuals who want something easy to push around. This is not that machine.

Perfect vacuum cleaner. Long cord, excellent suction. Easy to use and easy to change the modes from carpet to tile to hardwood floor. Cannot say enough good things about it.

Performs well but it's heavy to use. Burn some calories while vacuuming but be prepared for the heft. Haven't had it long enough to speak to durability.

I wanted to love this and there are some features that I do like but all in all this is not a huge improvement from the last one. Do I need to clean the roller as much now- no! But it still gets hair stuck in it, I usually have to cut it out once a month. The red velvet roller I have noticed gets hair caught in it, I'll notice that it is not sucking up crumbs or what not and it will be because that has so much hair stuck in between the roller and vacuum, thankfully though, it has a great feature to just pop it off. One thing my son noticed, there is no longer a light on the wand. Not a huge deal for me but when he cleans the basement stairs where it is hard to see, that feature was helpful. So all in all...its a shark, still really good money for a good product, I was just hopping for more! I'll always be a shark customer though!

Good suction!! Head is an issue

Purchased the AZ3002 DuoClean Power Fins in May 2023 off this site, today is December 2023. Overall, it is a great vacuum as far as suction and cleaning ability. It has a major design flaw in my opinion. If something gets stuck in the head, there is no way to get it out. Our previous shark vacuum had a way to open the head with coin type screws and clear items that may get stuck, like uneaten dog chews, screws, small items that you wish you had seen but did not. This model as far as I can tell you have to replace the head because the clear plastic top cannot be opened on a hinge to clear the red brush. Although this does not happen much, it does happen with any vacuum we have owned over our 40 years a vacuum use. A stuck item in the head should not require replacement and should be easily cleared. Should not be a reason to buy new vaccum. Will not purchase another shark, which is a shame because before this thought they were the best vacuum we had used, until this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
