Work’s Amazingly!!!

I saw this on an infomercial & told my husband about how awesome it looked. Well my birthday is at Thanksgiving & then obviously there’s Christmas the next month. He ordered it to be a surprise gift for me, but I got the delivery so he asked me if I wanted it for my birthday or Christmas and I couldn’t wait, birthday it was! I was SOO excited to get it! My husband said I’ve always been told to NOT get something with a cord for your wife for her birthday so why are you so excited? I said haven't you seen this thing work?!? I then I gave him the demonstration and he was impressed (not as much as me, but I’m going to use it more often than him anyway lol)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Reasons to keep and fix your old Shark Model

I have several Shark Vacuums but this new Stratos is the worst of them all for the following reasons. 1. the weight
of the container is not balanced. This causes excessive stress trying to keep it balanced when vacuuming while turning.
2. The power cord is always in the way when maneuvering. there is an anchor point above the cord hook spool but it does not
hold the cord well and falls out constantly. 3. dumping the container is difficult if you are dumping in a bag. The release is behind
the container instead of on top where the handhold is. This makes it clumsy and difficult.

Bring back the LED light on the nozzle handle.

Huge fan of shark vacuums. Very disappointed ylthe recent models don't have the LED light in the nozzle for seeing. This feature is a game changer. Bring it back Shark.

all the hype of this vacuum is true. the suction is amazing. 5 seconds into vacuuming and the cabinet already had a crazy amount of hair and dust from rug.

Floor height selector

Have only used it a couple times but so far, I LOVE this vacuum! It has great auction, and with the floor height selections, I can now vacuum up that darn kitty litter without it shooting all over the floor. I absolutely love the under appliance wand too! Great investment!

Nothing but problems.

Purchased January 2023. Red warning light March 2023. Shark said faulty base sent me new one. April 2023 red warning light again, roller brush didn’t spin. After insisting for refund they sent me a new vacuum. The next time it happened I didn’t even call shark because I decided the vacuum was junk. Looking to buy carpet steam cleaner but staying away from shark.

This Vacuum Sucks - But Not The Way I Expected!

I have damaged my walls and bruised my legs with this vacuum. The suction is SO strong that it repeatedly tips over when you are using it. I got it for the wide variety of attachments, however all of them together don't do the job of the basic brush that came with my cheap vacuum I got when I first got married. The hose is entirely too stiff to use with one hand, however you are forced to use only one hand because you have to either stabilize the vacuum or carry the canister because neither will stand on their own while in use. As soon as suction is created, it flips over like it's playing un-alive. I'm sick that I paid half a grand for a machine that I have to fight every time I want it to do its job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great but lacks something important that!

It cleans very well but, I don’t like that it doesn’t stand out on its own!!!!! I mean for that price it should be able for stand up but not have to be leaned on something! Not very practical!!!!!
