I am definitely happy with my purchase.
The only thing I have negative to say is about the edging via the base vacuum. It isn't very effective.
I have to use the edger tool. Perhaps an improvement could be done. Otherwise, I am very pleased.

Absolute best vacuum I’ve ever owned! I have a toddler and a pets that shed and I don’t think I’ve ever owned a vacuum that cleans as well as this one!

Great Power Suction

Part of my daily chore of vacuuming is cleaning my cat condos (5)
And cat window perches(11). I will say the suction is A+ I can't deny it.
But the hose is not very flexible or long enough. In order to
Move around you'll need to detach the basket and carry it around with you.
It becomes heavy very quickly and not very easy to maneuver.
I wish they were able to come up with a better solution.

Throw away product because they can't be repaired

I was given a Shark Vacuum cleaner. It is pluged up and the beater roller does not roll. I tried to take it apart, and it really can't be done! What kind of company become a throw away company of their products because they can't be fixed! I will never by a Shark Vacuum!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not do anything they claim that it does use to love sharks but they just lost a true long term customer I won’t ever buy another one after this this horrible product

My Apology to Shark

I always thought the infomercials were the equivalent of a used car salesman. Sorry Shark, I owe you a big apology. I just received my Shark Stratos with the pet package on 4/12/24. My first use was to vacuum the kitchen and living room.
You will see from the pictures. just how much cat hair was picked up. if Livingroom carpet is now a different color. this picked up hair that my other 2 vacuums did not get.
This is an excellent vacuum, it exceeded my expectations.

Broke after 3 uses

Floor head stopped working after 3 uses. They sent a purple replacement instead of blue. Told me they could not pick the color on replacement parts. It will be returned and I will buy a dyson.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
