Horrible vacuum!

I have a Dyson to compare this to.
There is virtually no suction with the Shark. The Dyson picks up dirt and fur balls even when you’re not directly on it. The Dyson doesn’t chew my cord up like the Shark does - I have electrical tape in 5 different places on the cord. It’s also heavier than my Dyson.
The only positive things are: the light on the front, the ease of being able to convert from upright to handheld, and the way the roller doesn’t get clogged with hair like my Dyson.
Expensive mistake to make, that’s for sure. I’ll be replacing this with another Dyson.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thought our old vacuum was doing well until we upgraded - this thing pulls some serious dirt/hair out of the carpet! Expensive, but you certainly get what you paid for!!

I bought this Shark vacuum two months ago and love it! With two dogs I needed a product that can handle the hair and dust without clogging up.

Really love how the roller brush DOESN'T WRAP UP MY 3 GOLDEN RETRIEVERS HAIR!
Only concern is how long the rubber on the roller brush will last.
This is a replacement, The first one lasted 2 months before the rubber started fraying.

Best Vacuum Ever!!!

This is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever purchased!!! My only regret is that I didn’t purchase it sooner!!! If you have shedding pets, buy it!!!!! It works better than any other vacuum cleaner and it’s so versatile. I am attaching pictures of my dog, Zina, and of the canister. I read reviews, but, I can tell you, this cleaner has so many pluses to it, the reviews do not matter. I love it and if something happens to it one day, I will buy it again!!!!

Just bought a Shark Stratos® DuoClean® PowerFins® HairPro® Upright Vacuum. I love it!!!!!
There is No hair wrap and it’s very powerful. The best part is that it goes from carpet to wood floor to area rugs
with a simple sliding switch. So I can clean my whole house with one machine!! Can say enough about how powerful it is

I bought a new machine because my cordless just could not get the Pyrenees fur out of the area rugs.
This machine is great for the area rugs but I was really surprised when I vacuumed my carpets and they looked
new again.

I bought this set cause my shark navigator finally just took a poop on me. So I decided to go with one because of all the features and what not. I finally get it in the mail set it all up in a breeze. I start vacuuming and the suction is nothing compared to my old one that stopped working. Yes it's a very nice looking vaccum with many pieces that come attached like the under appliance Wand is a life saver but after several uses. I came to the conclusion that the wand is hard to take off and gets wrapped up if you take the cup off the unit also. The wand has wonderful suction if just using the wand but why don't this go through the whole vacuum, who knows . It will get the job done just not like the navigator does .
