Sucks

It constantly loses suction and hair gets trapped on roller. This is the 3rd vacuum I've bought from shark. The replacement parts are crazy expensive but you can go on Prime n pay half price.

Love it. Still wish they would fix the design to allow access to both rollers. I get hair on the side of the non-removable one and cannot remove it.

Horrible Vacuum

This vacuum is the worst Shark has ever put out! It’s heavy , and you constantly have to remove the hair from the brush roller! The odor neutralizer does nothing!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My first Stratos vacuum I bought did not fare so well. The floor nozzle had to be replaced twice in a relatively short span. After being sent the wrong part 3 or 4 different times, Shark replaced my vacuum with a brand new one because the part (floor nozzle) was back ordered and the floor nozzle of another model kept getting shipped to me instead. I am 100% satisfied with the resolution. I love my Stratos vacuum and hope this floor nozzle on this one dates better.

Best vacuum!

The suction power this has is amazing. It's the best vacuum I've owned. I have very little carpet in my house but this does great on hard floors and rugs. I didn't even know that my last vacuum was lacking until I got this one and saw what it sucked up! It's also super nice not having to get scissors out and cut hair and strings from the roller. I've told just about anyone that will listen how much I love this vacuum.
