I bought this a few weeks ago and the first time I used it I loved the way it picked up dirt and especially hair. The only thing I don’t like is that it is very heavy. I am 71 years old and have steps. I’m going to work through that issue as best I can because the vacuum worked so well.

It do a deep cleaning but I feel the vaccum is heavy.

I have had the vacuum for only a week to use and I can't express how MUCH I LOVE LOVE this Product!!!!!!! No other Vacuum in the past has Ever worked or Performed as WELL as my Stratos has!!!!!! This product is the BEST by FAR, BUY IT!!!!!!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve had my new Shark vacuum cleaner for 3 weeks now. It is replacing another Shark that was over a decade old and well used. I like this machine because I can remove the canister and vacuum my carpeted steps with ease. This does the job from pet hair to dirt that gets tracked in. The long cord lets me reach everywhere without switching outlets a bunch of times. I am very pleased so far!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loved this vacuum until the big roller froze up and won't move. There is no way to get into this thing and try to see what the problem is and try to free up whatever is causing the problem. It has the star screws and they are deep enough that you can't get to them even if you have them available. A lot of money to spend on something that is unfixable. Have not had it very long. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just bought this yesterday and Iv looked for every reason to use it. Super easy and effortless to use. Came with 3 attachments to make those hard to reach areas easier. Low noise and it literally gets all the dust and dirt. Suction is on point too!

This is the worst shark vac that i have owned and this is my fourth one!THE WORST!!! The cleaning power just is not there!
