Great for hair ONLY! Doesn’t pick anything else up

I haven’t even used mine for a month and all I can say is I am SO disappointed!!! This is such an expensive vacuum for what it does! #1. The chord is too short for sure! #2. It ONLY pics up hair! If you want to pay 400-500 for a vacuum that doesn’t pick particles up then by all means go ahead! I’ve ALWAYS owned nothing BUT shark vacuums my whole life and OH SO REGRET buying this one! Plus it takes a special tool that we had to go buy just to get the bottom apart to change the belt that broke right away within 8 uses! So it sat forever not being used bc it was broke when we tried to take it apart. Which don’t get me wrong Shark replaced it for us, thank god! But I’ve only had it for a month again and am sad to say that every time I vacuum I get disgusted which I use to be excited every time I would vacuum because at least my house was nice and fresh and clean! Like I said it is picking up hair, but that is ALL it is good for! Which I’ve never been more upset in my life about. Which in turn, I will probably never buy another shark vacuum again due to this situation! If you’re in the market skip looking @ this one! Do not waste your money! Even when it’s on sale and tempting- don’t do it!

Piece of junk

This is the third Shark I have had since October of 2024.
They are/have been the biggest pieces of junk i have ever seen!! After the first two died, I was sent the next cheapest model. I spent good money for something that keeps breaking and they cannot replace it with a comparable model. Every chance I get I tell how bad Shark is!!

My vacuum was replaced as it was under warranty. The girl that helped me was very helpful, courteous and took care of my problem. I love it and will refer my friends for their needs

I am very impressed with my Shark vacuum. It has strong suction power and does an excellent job picking up dust, dirt, pet hair, and small particles from both carpets and hard floors. I love how easy it is to use, maneuver around furniture, and clean different areas of my home.
The quality feels great, and the vacuum has made my cleaning routine much easier and faster. I also appreciate the helpful features and thoughtful design. It is reliable, powerful, and a great value for the price.
I highly recommend Shark vacuum to anyone looking for a dependable vacuum that performs well and makes everyday cleaning less stressful.

Less than happy!

I received this as an exchange for my Stratos and am less than thrilled with it. I was told that it was equal to it, which it is NOT! I have one cat that sheds moderately. The suction and hair removal is NOT anywhere close to what I am accustomed to from my Stratos. I noticed that the dust on the outside of the vacuum is pretty heavy which I've never had an issue with so I'd say the filters don't catch the dust particles as it's supposed to.
I will say that the maneuverability is much better with the swivel power head, however that does me no good with the other issues I have with the product.
I'm sure this won't be posted but I thought I'd post this anyway.

It does everything you can expect the vacuum to do

Since we have been using the shark we are very very pleased it seems to pick up stuff the other vacuums would not and is easy to maneuver and push my wife is just enjoying having it it is a great vacuum does the job very well and the warranty is outstanding

I live on a small farm in a small house. Fighting dirt is an ongoing battle. My current vacuum seemed to be moving the dirt around rather than picking it up. I needed something with guts. Enter the Shark Stratos. Not only does it have a huge canister, but the way it cleans the floors is incredible. It’s easy to assemble, and the attachments are easy to use. Additionally, you don’t need to worry about hair or strings getting tangled around the beater bar. It self cleans! The only negative is, it is a little heavy, but what work horse isn’t? If you have high traffic areas, animals (it’s a pro with pet hair), or need a solid vacuum, this one will not disappoint.
