Great on hair!

Best vacuum I’ve ever had. Great suction and does wonders on hardwood and carpet. Love that the hair doesn’t get caught around the roller! Only negative about it is it’s a little heavy but worth it!

Love my vacuum. My last one broke and they sent me a new one as the last one was a year old. We trouble shooted it and it could not be fixed. No issues just replaced it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really disappointed

I purchased this vacuum on March 2024. After 5 months the vacuum start with some issues; the wire was peeling, the body broke and couldn't stay straight, one of the wheels was broken. I call because the warranty and they replaced the parts. I have to say that I bought the 5years of warranty. But after 10 months after the purchase the floor nozzles don't work anymore, the lights turn on and off and now don't turn on and the vacuum can get the dirty or dust. 😔 I have to say is normal wear. I call again but they say The floor nozzles can't be cover by the warranty 😡 So, I had to purchase because I needed it 😔

The suction power on this vacuum is amazing but the vacuum is very heavy. I bought it after reading reviews that it’s a lighter vacuum than some other Shark vacuums. It was misleading. The vacuum is heavy!

I absolutely love shark vacuum's but this particular model has to many cons.. very heavy.. if you choose to lift away there is not enough hose to do it effectively or comfortably. It's just not shark quality.. but I will not recommend any other brand..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Vacuum!

I have used this vacuum four times since purchasing and it has worked very well. The suction is very powerful and it works well on hard floors, carpet and rugs. The powered feature makes moving the vacuum very easy and it is well done so that it does not feel like it is trying to pull out of your hand. The pet tool works great!
I did not notice that this model does not have a light in the handle so when you remove the handle there is no light shining to see what you are doing in crevices that you might be reaching into. I am a little disappointed with the loss of that feature from my previous vacuum but that is my fault for not noticing.
The suction is very strong so it may pull your rugs around.
My previous vacuum was a Shark Apex and this model is one step below that one in my opinion but it is still an excellent vacuum and I would recommend it to anyone. I have and will continue to recommend Shark vacuums overall to everyone!

No good if you have pets

Bought less than 1 year ago. Rollers jammed with pet hair and stopped moving and indicator light stayed red. No way to access the second roller when pet hair wraps around where it connects to vacuum. I would not recommend this vacuum if you have pets it sucks!
