Power horse!!!!!

After reading the reviews I was worried that I made the wrong decision,but after I first used it I knew I made the right decision. This is a power horse!!!!! Blew my old shark away with ease. I just got new carpet in my son room,and after I vacuumed with my old one I used the new shark that I purchased,and was amazed how much more I got. This is the best vacuum I have ever owned,and trust me it’s worth it.

The only thing this is missing is a light on the wand. I also wish when you used the wand or the handle to vacuum the floor light would stay on.

Great suction!

I love that this vacuum can go from hardwoods to thick carpet without having to change to a different head. The suction is so strong, it thoroughly cleans all the dust on my hardwood floors. I have two pets, so I use this several times a week, and I'm thrilled with it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dont waste your money

So disappointed, this is the worst vaccum I have ever bought. The rotator brush will stop multiple times. The rubber on the rotator is falling apart and is clogging it from successfully spinning and is making a god awful noise. And the design is awful as you cannot take it apart to clean it or anything like you can with a dyson. I use this vaccum daily as I have a German shepherd and an Australian shepherd and I wish I stuck with a Dyson as I have one I've had since 2016, and it is still running just fine, but I wanted to get an updated vaccum and I gave Shark a chance and ended up so disappointed.

received this model vacuum as a replacement because my warranty was still in effect on my other vacuum. the inner hose split and my model was no longer available. because this model vacuum is much heavier than the other vacuum and doesn't move over carpets as easily as my other model. I have to push it rather than it driving more on its own, not that it is supposed to but other model moved much easier. this model is not supposed to have things wind around brush, however the first use the brushes have dog hair stuck where I cannot reach it to remove, therefore I only rted 3
I would recommend this to a friend!

Belt issues

I bought this vacuum in May 2024. Had to send the bottom.part of the vacuum back 3 times because the belt or something was making it smell like burnt rubber. Each time I did a video chat to show the vacuum was practically brand new. So now they have sent us a new vacuum. It runs great but once so far we have smelled the same smell so we are hoping it is not a sign that we will have the same issue. When the vacuum works it's great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great on hair!

Best vacuum I’ve ever had. Great suction and does wonders on hardwood and carpet. Love that the hair doesn’t get caught around the roller! Only negative about it is it’s a little heavy but worth it!
