Need changes for house keepers

as a house keeper I started to buy shark vacuums maybe 12 years back, they last only 2-3 years a bought this vacuum 2year ago then the wheels started to not work after a while the roller stopped completely. I decided to call shark and discovered that I have guaranteed fir this vacuum so they send me a new one which is fantastic. The problem is all the vacuums I got has the same problem ( wheels, roller and the house) they always broke same issue over and over . I really love shark their light, powerful easy to use but need a little bit of changes .
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was easy!

I was gifted this for Mother’s Day and just unboxed it recently and it didn’t work properly. I was skeptical to say the least about trying for a return and boy was I amazed at how easy and flawless it was, this is the best vacuum ever and now I have my eyes on a new one again. I love my Shark products!

If the soft roller belt breaks....

I bought this vacuum less than a year ago. The odor neutralizer mechanism is useless and a waste of money. The suction is event. But, if you bought this because of pet hair, it is not the best. The soft roller is a hinderence. I had to constantly clean it out and the belt on the soft roller broke after 5 months with continued cleaning maintenance of the soft roller. Now let me tell you to reach the belt for the soft roller us a nightmare. When you purchase this vacuum make sure you buy the tools to change the belt. Waste of time!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best for pet hair

This is the best vacuum if you have multiple pets. As you can see with the pet attachment it makes cleaning up pet hair like nothing. Definitely with every penny. It’s super easy to maintain and keep stored.

Enjoyable vacuum

Thus far I am very happy with the vacuum, I am only fearful of accidentally hitting the cord or some other cord and damaging it, and then the warranty would be void.
I like the freshener, it’s not strong, the vacuum handles well and lifts the rugs nicely. The hair wrap must be good because I don’t see any hair clogging the roller thus far.
It’s similar to the previous vacuum I had and I enjoyed it for the longest time.

Not as good as the one i had before. Too heavy and the cord is a whole lot shorter
