Awesome vacuum! The cord is a little shorter then the previous model but the suction is stronger so I will take the tradeoff

Defect in the design

I had to replacement the brush head twice in less than 2 years. There is a defect iin the design and the wheels dig into the plastic with time causing it difficult to push forward

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received my new Shark Stratos Duo Clean vacuum and
Love the way it picks up everything. It has great suction, and is very quiet! We have a long haired dog so this vacuum will certainly be helpful as far as picking up the fur.

Worst vaccum I have ever owned. Bought the 1st one and the light started turning red after the first week. Yes checked for cloggs. They did replace it woth a new Stratona. 6 months later the new one is doing the same thing. Done with Shark.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Versatile

I love the versatility of this vacuum. I'm able to use it on my hardwood, tile, area rug and high pile carpet with the switch of a button. I'm able to easily maneuver it under furniture by using lift away mode and cob webs don't stand chance with the long wand and attachments. It easily keeps up with my two young children and German Shepherd. A little on the heavy side but overall a great vacuum.
