Great vacuum

Works great! With having 3 large dogs there is a whole lot of shedding going on. Picks up the fur well and with the no wrap roller it’s a breeze to keep it clean. I like that the attachments have a storage space right on the vacuum for convenience.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Our old Shark started to lose its suction power, go figure after 25 yrs., so of course a new Shark was in order.
Love the Stratos it picks up everything and the brand has earned my loyalty.

Fantastic machine. I have owned every brand of vacuum in my 63 years, and nothing compares with the Shark machines.

Purchased this vacuum in June of 2024 and thankfully I paid extra for an extended warranty. In the 18 months that I've owned it, it has needed repair four times. Twice the DuoClean PowerFins HairPro seized and stopped working. Both times Shark advised me that the replacement of this part was NOT covered by their warranty and that there was a charge to replace it. It's not an upright vacuum without this part, making it useless.
As of today, January 2026, the vacuum will not turn on - no power at all, so it's out for repair again.
Worst product ever, regret the purchase and wish I could get my money refunded as it is worthless as a vacuum but does make a really good door stop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE PETS!!!!!

Worst vacuum ever. Do NOT recommend if you have pets. It cannot keep up. Constantly clogs and the fin ripped. For being a self cleaning brush tool, it does a horrible job. I've barely had it a year and regret ever purchasing it. I should have just bought another Shark Rotator. At least that lasted a few more years before it started clogging up. The motor eventually went out on it. Mind you, because I have dogs, I clean out the filters and or replace often. Nothing helps with this Stratos. If you live by yourself and have no pets, I'm sure it will work fine for you. Just give me a vacuum with a real brush head, I'll deal with cleaning the hair off.

Easy to use

I've purchased several Shark products and I love them so I decided to take a chance with their Shark Stratos upright and I love it. It's easy to use, it's got plenty of suction and I love the fact that it adjusts to floor height, i.e., carpet to floor and vice versa. I'm very happy with my purchase.
