I love the ease in using this vacuum. We have pets in the house and vacuum often. It pucks up so well. I especially love the attachment tools that come with it.

Great vacuum. Strong. Picks up pet hair extremely well. Maneuvers very easily. Much lighter than I anticipated. Easy to empty. Also easy to use attachments. Highly recommend!

Great vacuum for a fair price

Suction is awesome however it seems the power fins tend to wear out quite quickly and some people could is there someone is there someone here who can walk me through getting fix election is awesome

Good suction, wondering how long on-off switch will last. Cord could be longer, hence need to plug in at more places.

My vacuum broke (it was a Shark Apex DuoClean) and they replaced it under warranty, but they didn't have the same model anymore. I'm grateful for the replacement, but I really hate it, it's missing two of my favorite features! It doesn't have the same suction along the baseboards. The handle doesn't always click into place when I put the hand attachment back on. Switching from carpet to floor isn't as smooth. And the two most used features? They got rid of the easy access panel on top for the rollers. They also took away the light when you use the hand attachment. Those features made that vacuum awesome for a house with kids. 😒 I miss my old vacuum, it would literally suck up socks and Hot Wheels through the hand attachment 😆 (not on purpose). Their customer care is 100% on point though, and Shark has the ABSOLUTE BEST WARRANTIES! I'll keep buying Shark products. These little features really made a difference.
