I bought this 3 weeks ago already had to call customer service for a replacement part. The vacuum never worked. The rollers weren’t rolling, couldn’t keep the lights on, unfortunately the replacement part did the same thing and the way they package my replacement rollers the connector was poking through the box not wrapped very good. I’m so disappointed I really wanted this vacuum but having issues like this and reading some other reviews with the same issues on different models, you would think Shark would of made sure this wouldn’t happen. I’m so upset about this whole purchase. Most likely won’t ever purchase a Shark vacuum again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had for a month and it’s the best vacuum I have ever owned. Replaced a smaller Shark I have because I now have two dogs and it’s amazing the dirt and hair it picks up. Absolutely love it.

The one attractive feature was the removal of the cup to have easy access to clean under my couches. I was tired of moving my couches to vacuum underneath them. When the Shark Stratos arrived I was so excited and then to my disappointment after removing the dust cup, the vacuum DID NOT fit under any of my couches. I may need to return the vacuum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased the stratos 3 weeks ago , iam very pleased with the quality,functionality and the power of the suction, I have 4 dogs and a cat , they all shed Constantly and it’s been hard to keep up , I’ve used the stratos 2x a week and the home is back to my home ! And the place smells great thanks to the room deodorizer built in ! This beats my old high dollar unit 100% . I’ve actually spent less time cleaning and more time relaxing thanks shark you guys did it right!
