I’ve had this for about a month. Can not believe the suction power of this machine! Just WOW! I haven’t used most of the attachments yet, but have swept the stairs. The canister slightly levitates due to the power of this machine. It is a heavy vacuum. I think it would be difficult for older people to manage and possibly adolescents. I keep it downstairs and use a different Shark vacuum upstairs. Just too heavy to carry up and down stairs. The odor neutralizer is not over powering at all and does a great job leaving the house smelling clean. Can’t wait to use all of the included attachments. The included steam mop did a fantastic job on my floors. Overall, highly satisfied with this vacuum.

Returning my Shark

Had a Shark Rocket for several years but when it quit working I found it had been discontinued. I went with the Startos but it was so hard to use due to the weight and suction I had to send it back. The Stratos cleaned GREAT if only I could get my husband to do all the vacuuming. Customer service was also great, both trouble shooting the Rocket and returning the Stratos. Will now get a Rotator, at least it’s lighter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had to pick up my Strators and it's a bit heavy for an older lady. Other than that I really like it. I ended up taking it apart and using all the different accessories. If rate it an 8 out of 10 compared to the Rainbow I use to use.

I love the design, weight, dust bin size, attachments rock, and I LOVE the odor neutralizer. I am very disappointed with the wand not having a light. It would be absolutely perfect, except for the lack of the wand having a light.

I got this Vacuum for my birthday and I am so in love! It has great suction, I can’t believe how much dirt it pulled out of my (what I thought) clean rug! The accessories are awesome. I love the little vacuum head for the stairs! And the duster … won’t ever need to use a rag again!
Only complaint, it is a little heavier than I am used to, but I already don’t notice it now that I’ve used it for a month.

I love this vacuum it cleans well but the only issue and the issue I have had with all my shark vacuums is they fall over when trying to use the hose. The weight distribution is off.
