It is great cleaning up after our 5 dogs.We have hardwood floors and rugs...it is great being able to switch quickly between the different surfaces.

This vacuum is the best oneI have ever owned. The suction is amazing. The dog and cat hair come up easily and don't wrap around the rollers. The canister holds so much more than any other vacuum. The tools are great. I love love the under appliance tool. My best friend I was crazy to be this excited about a vacuum. I highly recommend it

I love the vacuum. It’s great on my extra thick carpet and on my wood floors. It’s easy to handle and I love how easy it is to empty the canister. I’m really happy with the brushless roller. I don’t like that it blows out hot air, and it sucks up my area rugs.

This vacuum was a huge upgrade when compared to my previous Shark vacuum. The suction on this new model is insanely powerful, which makes cleaning a breeze. I love how modular it is, so it can adapt to different situations. My only complaint is that, unlike previous models, this one does not have an LED light on the wand itself. But other than that, I absolutely love this thing.

Have used this twice to clean whole house since purchasing. Really picks up the pet hair without clogging the brushes. Amazed at how much was in the canister after using. Like that I can easily remove the canister to get under beds as well. So far, no odors I'd gotten in previous vacuums from the dog hair. Seems like the odor neutralizer pod is working. So far would recommend without hesitation.
